Ausgehend von der Ein- und Abgrenzung der Begriffe "Wissen" und "Nichtwissen" wird in diesem Beitrag analysiert, wie interaktive Kognitionsprozesse in hochtechnisierten Organisationen funktionieren. Im Zentrum der Analyse steht der Umgang mit Nichtwissen und Fehlern, der am Beispiel zweier Berufsgruppen untersucht wird.
