Industriesoziologie zwischen Subjekt- und Strukturbezug: im Gespräch mit Burkart Lutz

Abstract

Burkart Lutz wurde auf dem 34. Kongress der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Soziologie in Jena 2008 Verleihung der Preis der DGS für ein hervorragendes wissenschaftliches Lebenswerk verliehen. Aus diesem Anlass veranstaltete die Sektion Arbeits- und Industriesoziologie einen Gesprächsabend mit Burkart Lutz. Im Verlauf dieses Gesprächs wurde die theoretische Frage nach der Bedeutung des Subjekt- und Strukturbezugs in der industriesoziologischen Analyse sowohl mit der Geschichte der Industriesoziologie als auch mit seiner Biographie verknüpft. Die wesentlichen Teile dieses Gespräch werden im vorliegenden Artikel wiedergegeben.

At the 34th congress of the German Sociology Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Soziologie) in Jena 2008, Burkart Lutz has been awarded the DGS prize for his outstanding lifework. On this occasion, the Section Work and Industrial Sociology hosted a round of talks with Burkart Lutz. The theoretical question about the meaning of subject-reference and structural-orientation in the industrial-sociological analysis has been linked to the history of industrial sociology as well as to his biography in the course of this talk. Crucial parts of this talk will be reproduced in this article.
