Abstract

Der Sammelband ist eine Rückschau auf 50 Jahre Berufspädagogik. Anlass war das Jubiläumssymposium an der TU Darmstadt, wo 1963 der erste Lehrstuhl für Berufspädagogik eingerichtet wurde. In ihren Beiträgen diskutieren Autoren aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bildungs- und Beschäftigungssystem und wie diese auf den Einzelnen wirken. Der Tagungsband dokumentiert das Selbstverständnis der Wirtschafts- und Berufspädagogik und eröffnet neue Perspektiven dieser Disziplin. Die Bände der Reihe "Wirtschaft - Beruf - Ethik" widmen sich ökonomischen und ethischen Fragen im Kontext der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Berufs- und Unternehmenskultur.

The anthology is a review of 50 years of vocational training It was published for the jubilee symposium at TU Darmstadt, where the first chair of vocational education was set up in 1963. The authors discuss current developments in the education and employment system and how they affect the individual from a variety of viewpoints. The conference transcript documents the self-conception of economic and vocational pedagogy and opens up new perspectives for this discipline.
