El mundo actual de la ciudadanía, el Estado y la administración pública

Abstract

El artículo analiza y explica las nuevas condiciones de la vida de la ciudadanía, el Estado y la Administración Pública. Lo contextúa en el plano de la mundialización, la democratización de la vida pública y sus nuevas formas de participación y representación. Destaca, a la vez, la misión del Estado y la administración pública con base en nuevas realidades públicas y sociales, destacando la nueva correlación de intereses que hay en la sociedad contemporánea. Igualmente ubica el concepto ciudadanos del mundo, tomando en cuenta lo que se denomina La Aldea Global.

This article analyses and explains the new conditions that characterize the circumstances of the citizens, the State, and Public Administration. They are to be contextualized in the sphere of globalization, the democratization of public life and the new forms of participation and representation. At the same time it emphasisez the responsibility of the State and of Public Administration, based on the new public and social realities in which a new correlation of interests within contemporary society stands out. It also defines the concept of citizens of the world, taking into consideration what is known as the Global Village.
