The present article has as its objective to analyze, under the light of the theory of communication, the position assumed by the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation in its report of the validity of the presidential election that dedicates a major part of its analysis to the electoral propaganda in the communication media, above all on television and in a lesser measure, on the radio.
