El objetivo de la investigación es reconstruir el espacio lógico y el contenido (articulado o articulable) de la noción de transgresión tal y como es expuesta por Georges Bataille en "El erotismo" (1957) a partir de sus dos influencias teóricas fundamentales en lo que refiere a este punto: la teoría de la fiesta desarrollada por Roger Caillois (1939), y el modelo del sacrificio como lo entienden Marcel Mauss y Henri Hubert (1899). A partir de estas fuentes teóricas sostenemos que la noción batailleana de la transgresión ritual puede ser comprendida como el dispositivo privilegiado de contención de la tensión social, mecanismo que permite regular la reintroducción de la violencia -aquella que había sido separada para que la sociedad tuviese lugar- abriendo paso al mantenimiento, la renovación y la reproducción del ordenamiento social.... view less

This work is aimed at recreating the logical space and the -articulated or articulable- content of the notion of transgression as George Bataille presents it in "The Eroticism" (1957) based on his two major theoretical influences on this issue: the theory of parties developed by Roger Caillois (1939) and the sacrifice model as understood by Marcel Mauss and Henri Hubert (1899). Based on these theoretical sources it is claimed that Bataille's notion of ritual transgression can be understood as a privileged contention tool of the constitutive social tension; as the mechanism allowing to regulate the reinstatement of violence -that sort of violence that had been removed in order for the society to exist-, opening the way for the social ordering to be maintained, renewed, and reproduced.... view less
