In the article, the concept of the personnel management system, the ways of increasing its effectiveness are studied. The analysis of the personnel management activities in the company Zebra and the development of proposals for improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system were conducted. It is shown that, in general, the management of the company's personnel is a sufficiently high priority program and covers (to a sufficient extent) the entire staff of the company. Nevertheless, staff development costs are insufficient. It is cheaper for a firm to employ personnel with the already existing qualifications, as a result, hiring is mainly due to the search for new employees, leaving practically no personnel reserve (except for the top management). With the improvement of the economic situation in the country, the training of workers will become inevitable, as technological progress does not stand still, and with it equipment and other means of labor will be updated, innovative methods of improving the population will appear, etc. That is why it is advisable to develop and implement, on the basis of the fitness club Zebra, a program of measures to improve the personnel management system.
