Eine anhaltende Konfrontation wäre vor allem für die Ukraine mit unverantwortlichen Lasten verbunden. An zweiter Stelle litte Russland. A prolonged confrontation, especially for Ukraine, would be accompanied by unjustifiable burdens. Russia would be the second to suffer.
