Objective: recognizing the care trajectories of mothers whose children have died less than a year. Methods: this was a qualitative study conducted with pregnant women who reported fetal or neonatal death during the year 2012 in the countryside of Bahia municipality. To collect data, we used the in-depth interview and analysis content analysis technique proposed by Bardin. Results: one can see the clutter on the network of health care of women with predominance of dehumanization traits and difficulty by professionals in continuing care in other levels of care. Conclusions: the study of the care trajectories revealed itself as a tool of therapeutic rout invaluable to assess the functioning of health care networks, making visible successes and difficulties presented in the context of care to pregnant women.... weniger
