En este artículo tratamos de analizar un modelo de prácticas reflexivas basado en las discusiones de casos de profesores expertos y principiantes y discusiones guiadas, como herramientas para producir procesos reflexivos. Estudiamos la importancia que tiene la evolución de la estructura cognitiva que se observa en el profesor principiante cuando pone en práctica la reflexi6n, sin olvidar el grado de incidencia que han tenido sus experiencias previas y creencias. los resultados muestran que tras utilizar los alumnos en prácticas estas estrategias favorecedoras de la reflexión, se producía un cambio en su estructura cognitiva.... view less

In this article we try of analyzing a model of reflexive practices based on the discussions of cases of beginning and expert teachers and guided discussions, as tools to produce reflexive processes. We study the importance that has the evolution of the cognitive structure that is observed in the beginning teacher when puts on practice the reflection, without forgetting the degree to incidence that have had their previous experiences and beliefs.
