Abstract

The professionalization of educators within adult education has been the focus of educational research for a few years. This publication presents a critical systematisation, differentiation and innovative continuation of the current specialist discourse. Thereby, there is a particular focus on the change of organisation and vocation within the pedagogical sector and the resulting options of professionalization.

Die Professionalisierung des Bildungspersonals in der Erwachsenenbildung steht seit wenigen Jahren im Fokus der Bildungsforschung. Dieses Buch präsentiert eine kritische Systematisierung, Ausdifferenzierung und innovative Weiterführung des gegenwärtigen Fachdiskurses. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf dem Wandel von Organisation und Beruflichkeit im pädagogischen Feld und den sich daraus ergebenden Möglichkeiten der Professionalisierung.
