In May, Saudi Arabia launched the Ideological Warfare Center (IWC or Fikr in Arabic). The IWC is the Kingdom’s counter-terrorism information center under the supervision of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s (MBS) Ministry of Defense.
