Das Thema "Wert und Werte im Management", so der Titel des 2. Ludwigsburger Symposium Bildungsmanagement im Mai 2009, entfaltet im Bereich von Bildungseinrichtungen ein Spannungsfeld zwischen ihren pädagogischen Ansprüchen und der Notwendigkeit eines effektiven Managements. Die Veranstaltung hat die Fragen, die sich aus diesen Fragestellungen ergeben, aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln beleuchtet.
