La concepción del sujeto en la administración: una mirada desde la gestión humana

Abstract

This article discusses an essential issue in the current administration, insofar as it aims to reveal the concept of subject that underlies the tenets and in the practice of Administration, a conception which is evidenced to be dissimilar in both scenarios. Therefore, the approach is done through the human resources management, which is understood as an essential, integral, and inclusive process within the organizations and whose function is (theoretically) to rescue the subject both in the Administration and the labor scenario. Then, a critical analysis of the concept of management is carried out, making a tour of its evolution over time and the evolution that the subject has historically had within it, hence it is resorted to the development of the human resources management as a concept and as an administrative practice.

Este artículo aborda una problemática esencial en la administración actual, en cuanto pretende develar la concepción de sujeto que subyace en los postulados y en la práctica de la Administración, concepción que se evidencia disímil en ambos escenarios. Por ello, el abordaje se realiza a través de gestión humana, entendida como un proceso esencial, integral e integrador en las organizaciones y cuya función (teóricamente) es rescatar al sujeto tanto en la administración como en el escenario laboral. Se realiza entonces un análisis crítico del concepto de administración, haciendo un recorrido de su evolución a lo largo del tiempo y de la evolución que el sujeto ha tenido históricamente dentro de ella, para lo cual se recurre al desarrollo de la gestión humana como concepto y como práctica administrativa.
