Socio-pedagogical approach in the staffing of the sphere of the state youth policy

Abstract

The article considers the socio-pedagogical approach in the staffing of the sphere of hydro-mechanical transmission, peculiarities of manifestations of the human capacity in the sphere of hydro-mechanical transmission of the Zabaikalsky krai. Special attention is paid to the efficiency of resource maintenance of hydromechanical transmission. The authors of the article tried to show those underlying principles of the activity of a higher school, which are determined by the sociopedagogical approach, which aims to ensure the unity of theory and практики. Part of the article is devoted to the study of specific features of staffing sphere of the state youth policy. This article presents the data, which show the estimated response of socio-pedagogical approach, which creates a basis of formation of new professional thinking.
