The modern Russian school needs a teacher, capable of continuous professional development and able to choose the appropriate direction and forms for their own growth. In terms of modernization of education requires pedagogical support Of a teacher from the school administration - activities to create an environment for the development of personal and professional qualities of a teacher and as a consequence of the growth of its professionalism. The professionalism of a teacher based on professional competence and expertise, is interpreted by the authors from the perspective of acmeological approach. The purpose of the empirical study was to obtain reliable results, professional and personal opportunities and wishes of his teacher in the organization of pedagogical support of school administration in preparation for the state (final) certification. To achieve this aim , were used logical-mathematical and sociological research methods. The authors generalize the empirical material examined pedagogical support of professional growth of teachers, phases, directions and methods of its implementation, and concluded: the theme of professional development of teachers is relevant and is demanded in educational practice; methods of the implementation of pedagogical support of teachers should be individual and personalized; effective mechanism of supporting teachers and teaching staff is the pedagogy of cooperation.
