Purpose: define structure and mechanisms of interaction between business and government. Methodology. The empirical research method is the expert interviews. Results. The article describes three areas of interaction between business and the government. The White area refers to legal practices. Interaction within the White Area exists on two tiers: macrostructural and the level of individual organizations. Interaction within the Gray area exists on the micro level and the level of individual organizations. Interaction within the Black area exists on the micro level.
