"Der Beitrag diskutiert Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Implementierung des Konzepts Gender Mainstreaming im schwedischen Schulbereich auf der Basis einer empirischen Untersuchung im Rahmen von vier Gender Mainstreaming- Schulprojekten. Analysiert wur den relevante Materialien sowie von 2003 bis 2006 durchgeführte Interviews mit Expertinnen und Experten von nationalen, regionalen und kommunalen staatlichen Gleichstellungsinstitutionen, von Nichtregierungsorganisationen und in Schulen von Vorschule bis Gymnasium. Sechs Faktoren – das Implementierungs- Hexagon – konnten herausgearbeitet werden, die für die Implementierung von Gender Mainstreaming im Schulbereich von zentraler Bedeutung sind." "The paper discusses opportunities and constraints of the implementation of the concept of gender mainstreaming in the Swedish school system. Analyzing relevant documents of four Swedish gender mainstreaming projects at schools and interviews with experts from national, regional, and local public institutions of gender equality, of NGOs and schools from pre-school to grammar school, six factors – the implementation hexagon – have been extracted.
