"Der Beitrag stellt ein Kooperationsprojekt des Fachbereichs Bildung und Vermittlung des Deutschen Historischen Museums (DHM) in Berlin mit der Sachunterrichtsdidaktik an der Universität Siegen vor. Das Projekt möchte Vorschulkindern, die oft über eigene Dingsammlungen verfügen und Erfahrungen mit der Tätigkeit Sammeln gewonnen haben, die umfangreichen Sammlungen des DHM zugänglich machen. Mit Kindern werden Kontaktzonen zu Objekten der Sammlungen hergestellt, die historischen Wandel erfahrbar machen. "The article presents the results of a cooperative project of the Department of Education and Communication of the German Historical Museum (DHM) in Berlin with the Department of Social Studies in Primary Education at the University of Siegen. The project aims to make the extensive collections of the DHM accessible to preschool children, who often have their own collections of objects and have experience with the activity of collecting. Contact zones involving the collected objects of the museum were created by children and historical transformations are explored. Play-stations for 5-year-old preschool children were installed in the exhibition German History in Images and Testimonies, which was originally designed for adults." (author's abstract)... view less
