"Modern theological business and social ethics follows a method of three simultaneous steps: analyses, synthesis and operationalisation. A theological ethics in this mode meets the quest for a modern theory of justice, which discloses its understanding of hermeneutics and analysis the moral problems in the first step. In a second step this theory guaranties, that norms are justified by a hypothetical consensus of all persons that are concerned by the consequences of the underlying problems - this is called a paradigm of consensus. In a third step norms are managed to be implemented into economic, political, social and cultural contexts, which is done by the help of economic theory. In this way a theological business and social ethics can combine results of social sciences with a normative theory of justice in a way of interdisciplinary study without losing its specific Christian approach."
