"Der Aufsatz geht der Frage nach, wie sich unterschiedliche Wirkungsgrade der Betriebsratsmitbestimmung in verschiedenen Betrieben erklären lassen. Auf der Grundlage des methodologischen Individualismus und der Erkenntnisse der soziologischen Gerechtigkeitsforschung werden konzeptionelle Überlegungen für eine neue Theorie der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung vorgestellt. In ihrem Mittelpunkt stehen soziale Gerechtigkeitseinstellungen von Beschäftigten, deren strukturelle Ursprünge und Folgen für die Mitbestimmung. Um erste Hinweise auf die empirische Gültigkeit des vorgestellten Ansatzes zu erhalten, werden die Ergebnisse aus einer qualitativen Mitarbeiterbefragung in vier Betrieben vorgestellt." "The article discusses the question, of why the effectiveness of workplaces councils' co-determination varies in different between firms. Following Combining a methodological individualism analysis with and based on the results of sociological justice research on justice, fundamental considerations for this article presents a new theory of co-determination are presented. The theory focuses on workers' the attitudes workers have towards justice, their structural causes and their consequences implications for co-determination.
