"Die Evaluation organisationskultureller Praktiken stellt besondere Herausforderungen, denn sie erfordert, die impliziten, handlungsleitenden Wissensbestände organisationaler Akteure zu rekonstruieren. Evaluatoren und Evaluatorinnen sehen sich dabei mit der Komplexität von Organisationen konfrontiert und der Anforderung ausgesetzt, den Ambivalenzen, Widersprüchen und differierenden Praktiken in Organisationen mit ihrem Vorgehen Rechnung zu tragen. Der Beitrag versucht, über die Unterscheidung zwischen dokumentarischer Organisationskultur- und Evaluationsforschung die Voraussetzungen einer Verknüpfung beider Perspektiven zu diskutieren und dabei insbesondere die Bedeutung der komparativen Analyse für die Rekonstruktion organisationskultureller Praktiken herauszuarbeiten." "An evaluation of practices of organizational culture presents specific challenges since it requires a reconstruction of the implicit knowledge that guides the action of organizational actors. Evaluators are confronted with the complexity of organizations and the need to take into account their ambivalences, contradictions, and differing practices. A distinction between documentary research on organizational culture and evaluation research is proposed, and the requirements of combining both perspectives are discussed.
