Innovationen im gemeindepädagogischen Dienst

Abstract

"Unter dem Titel 'Innovationen im gemeindepädagogischen Dienst' werden die Ergebnisse des Ersten Darmstädter Forums Gemeindepädagogik als breit angelegte Kooperationsveranstaltung am 27.09.2005 in der Evangelischen Fachhochschule Darmstadt dokumentiert. Der Fokus 'Kirche vor Ort und in der Region' markiert die Veränderungen durch die verstärkte Regionalisierung und die Frage nach einem neuen und veränderten Profil der Gemeindepädagogik angesichts der aktuellen Herausforderungen kirchlicher und gesellschaftlicher Praxis. Die Kooperationsstrukturen des neu angelegten Darmstädter Forums Gemeindepädagogik wollen diesem vernetzten Blick auf die Praxis entsprechen. Perspektiven der gemeindepädagogischen Theoriebildung, kirchlicher Leitungs- und Gestaltungsverantwortung und gemeindepädagogischer Ausbildungs-, Weiterbildungs-, Berufs- und Beratungspraxis werden miteinander verknüpft. Dabei werden sozialräumliche Impulse zur gemeindepädagogischen Konzeptions- und Arbeitsfeldentwicklung konturiert, Profilentwicklungen im gemeindepädagogischen Dienst angesichts von Kirchenreform und veränderten Strukturen im Dekanat benannt und neue Kompetenzen und Innovationen im gemeindepädagogischen Dienst konkret beschrieben." "Under the title 'Innovations in Parish Education Services' we here document the results of the first Darmstadt Forum for Parish Education held on 27th September 2005. This broad multilevel collaborative event was held at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt. 'The Church locally and in the region' was the focus which marked the change in terms of increasing regionalisation and the question of a new and modified profile for parish education in face of current challenges in church and social practice. The collaborative structure of the newly formed Darmstadt Forum for Parish Education is designed to comply with this linked view of practice. Perspectives of theory generation in parish education, the formative and leadership role of the church and parish education training and education, as well as professional practice and counselling, are connected to each other. In this way social impulses for the conception and development of fields of work for parish education are shaped. The development of a profile for parish education services in face of church reforms and the changing structures of church community are labelled and new competencies and innovations in parish education services are made tangible."
