[Autorenreferat]... view less

"The literature equates networks with cooperative and consensual modes of collaboration. However, current research shows that both conflict and power asymmetries are the rule rather than the exception. Based on a comparison of public management collaborations, basic mechanisms and effects of political processes in networks are being identified. Future research should systematically include this antagonistic dimension of collaborations to achieve a full picture of network politics."[author's abstract]... view less
