"In Germany, a growing number of poor and physically and mentally challenged children and adolescents are not taught together with their peers in the classic 'regular schools' (Regelschulen), but are sent to special schools (Sonderschulen). Most of them leave those special schools without qualifying for graduation. Therefore, only a few have the chance to find a job. The problematic fact that those former specialschool students run a high risk of impoverishment because they don't have any qualifications is structurally produced by the segregated German school system."
