"Diesem Beitrag liegen Analysen zur Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in kontrastierenden ländlichen Milieus zugrunde. In ihnen geht es darum, die Wirklichkeit der Erziehungshilfen seit Einführung des KJHG näher zu untersuchen. In diesem Rahmen wird zum einen die Wichtigkeit der Genogrammanalyse für eine adäquate sozialpädagogische Problemdiagnose herausgestellt. Zum anderen geht es um die Rolle impliziter Familienmodelle für das Fallverstehen bei den Fachkräften in den Sozialen Diensten des Jugendamts. Da die Analysen der Jugendhilfepraxis in dieser Forschung fallrekonstruktiv angelegt sind, muss sich die Aufschließungskraft der beiden Fragestellungen am Material erweisen. Dies geschieht durch die thematisch zentrierte Rekonstruktion zweier Interventionsverläufe bei krisenhaft erlaufenden familialen Erziehungsprozessen und die Analyse des konkreten sozialarbeiterischen Handelns." "Based on the analyses of child and youth welfare provided in contrasting rural settings, the article is concerned with a detailed examination of the reality of pedagogical welfare action after the enactment of the KJHG [Child and Youth Welfare Act]. In this context, the focus is on genogram analysis as an important factor of adequate problem diagnostics in social pedagogy, on the one hand, and on the role of implicit family models for an understanding of individual cases by professionals in the Youth Welfare Services, on the other hand. Since in the present research, analyses of the practice of child and youth welfare are conducted in a perspective of reconstructing individual cases, the analytical potential of both questions has to be established through the results achieved on the material. This is done by a themeoriented reconstruction of two interventions in crisis-prone inner-familial educational processes and by an analysis of the concrete action taken by welfare workers."
