'In diesem Artikel wird über eine qualitativ-empirische Untersuchung der Gebrauchsweisen der Kategorie der Bildungsgerechtigkeit in aktuellen Zeitungsartikeln und parteipolitischen Programmdokumenten berichtet. Ein zentrales Ergebnis der Untersuchung ist, dass in der heutigen bildungspolitischen Diskussion in Deutschland Bildungsgerechtigkeit fast ausschließlich in der Semantik der distributiven Ansätze interpretiert und dabei auf die Figur der 'Begabungsgerechtigkeit' reduziert wird. 'This article reports a qualitative empirical study dealing with the use of the category of educational justice in current newspaper articles and in the programmatic papers of political parties. A key finding of the study is that in the current discussion of educational policies in Germany, educational justice is almost exclusively construed in terms of distributive approaches and, thus, reduced to the figure of 'talentsorientated justice'.
