A TV está presente em 95,7% dos lares brasileiros, mostrando ser um instrumento de comunicação de massa importante, diante da proposta do Governo Brasileiro de promover a inclusão social por meio de cursos, usando a TV Digital interativa. Por outro lado, um número excessivo de usuários poderia comprometer o funcionamento do sistema, tornando o problema não escalável. Television is present in 95,7% of brazilian households, proving to be an important instrument of mass communication, given the brazilian government project to promote social inclusion through courses using interactive Digital TV. Nevertheless, an excessive quantity of users could adversely affect the operation of the system, making it a non scalable problem. During the development of this work, it was discussed how to make distance learning easier, using as the core technology the Brazilian Digital TV System.
