Dank digitaler Technologien können Beschäftigte auch dann "präsent" sein, wenn sie nicht vor Ort arbeiten. Der vorliegende Beitrag schlägt das Konzept des digitalen Präsenzverhaltens mit den theoretisch hergeleiteten Facetten digitale Verfügbarkeit, Sichtbarkeit, Vortäuschung, Multitasking und Teilhabe vor.
