Planend-disponierend Tätige auf organisationaler Ebene der Weiterbildung agieren in mehrebenenbezogenen Interdependenzbeziehungen, die mit vielfältigen Koordinationsanforderungen einhergehen. Einen bislang wenig erforschten Gegenstandsbereich zum Ausgangspunkt nehmend wird in der vorliegenden Interviewstudie aus der Binnenperspektive von Mitarbeiter:innen in Migrant:innenselbstorganisationen nach Akteuren und handlungsorientierenden Interessen im Zuge der mesodidaktischen Leistungserstellung gefragt. Hierzu werden n = 17 Expert:inneninterviews mittels inhaltlich-strukturierender Inhaltsanalyse ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse geben Aufschluss über bestehende Akteurskonstellationen und Koordinationsaufgaben im Zusammenspiel mit multiplen Interessenkonstellationen. Neben der originellen Perspektive auf migrantisch gelesene Subjekte und Kollektive als aktive Akteure im Mehrebenensystem der Weiterbildung werden vielfältige Anregungen für dezidierte Untersuchungen des Interessenhandelns in erwachsenenpädagogischen Handlungskoordinationsprozessen ausgewiesen.... view less

Planning processes at the organizational level of continuing education take place in complex interdependencies that are accompanied by diverse coordination requirements. Based on an organizational context that has not been researched much yet, this interview study investigates actors and action-oriented interests in the course of mesodidactic service provision from the internal perspective of employees in migrant self-organizations. For this purpose, n = 17 expert interviews are evaluated using content-structuring content analysis. The results provide information about existing actor constellations and coordination tasks in interaction with multiple interest constellations. In addition to the original perspective on migrant subjects and collectives as active actors in the multi-level system of continuing education, a variety of suggestions for a dedicated investigation of interest-driven action in coordination processes in adult education are identified.... view less
