Thematische Zeichnung und fokussiertes, episodisches Interview am Bild – Ein qualitatives Verfahren zur Annäherung an die Kindersicht auf Bewegung, Spiel und Sport in der Schule

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag zeichnet – am Beispiel des sport- und schulpädagogischen Forschungsprojekts "Was Kinder bewegt" – einen qualitativen Forschungsweg vom Anfangsinteresse bis hin zur Darstellung der Ergebnisse nach. Das Ziel des Projekts besteht darin zu ermitteln, welche Bewegungs-, Spiel- und Sportaktivitäten sich Kinder für die Schule wünschen und welche Vorstellungen sie damit verbinden. Zur Datenerhebung wird ein Kombinationsverfahren, bestehend aus thematischer Zeichnung und fokussiertem, episodischem Interview am Bild, eingesetzt. Das Thema der Zeichnung – "So wünsche ich mir den Klassenzimmerunterricht (den Pausenhof; den Sportunterricht) in einer Bewegten Schule" – wird mit einer adaptierten "Drei-Wünsche-frei"-Instruktion verknüpft. Die Kinder malen zu Hause zu den genannten Schulbereichen je ein Bild. Einige Tage nach Abgabe der Bilder werden die Kinder zu ihren Bildern interviewt. Bilder und Interviewtranskripte werden inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Die Bilder-Stichprobe umfasst 395 Kinder aus 16 Schulklassen der Jahrgangsstufen 2 bis 6. Die Interview-Stichprobe umfasst 64 Kinder der Bilder-Stichprobe, je 2 Mädchen und Jungen aus jeder Klasse.

This article follows the steps of a qualitative research project from an initial interest to the results. The research project "What children moves" intends to find out children's wishes and ideas concerning moving-, playing- and sports-activities at school. The method of data collection is a combination of thematic drawing and focused, episodic interview. The subject for the drawing—"These are my wishes for classroom lessons, for the schoolyard and for physical education lessons within a Moving School"—is connected with an adapted kind of "Three Wishes Free" instruction. The children are asked to draw one picture for each of the school related areas mentioned above. Some days after having handed in their drawings, the children are interviewed. The drawings and the transcripts of the interviews pass a special kind of qualitative analysis. The drawing sample comprises 395 children from the 2nd to the 6th grade. The interview comprises contents from 64 children out of the drawing sample, 32 girls and 32 boys.

Este artículo sigue los pasos de un proyecto de investigación cualitativa a partir de un interés inicial por los resultados. El proyecto de investigación "Qué mueve a los niños/as" pretende determinar los deseos e ideas de los niños/as acerca del movimiento, el juego y las actividades deportivas en la escuela. El método de obtención de datos es una combinación de dibujo temático y enfocado y entrevista episódica. El tema del dibujo – "Estos son mis deseos para las lecciones en clase, para el recreo y para las lecciones de educación física en una Escuela Versátil" – es una adaptación de la instrucción "Tres deseos libres". Se pidió a los niños/as que pintaran un dibujo de cada una de las áreas citadas anteriormente. Los niños/as fueron entrevistados algunos días después de haber hechos los dibujos. Los dibujos y las trascripciones de las entrevistas fueron sometidos a un tipo especial de análisis cualitativo. La muestra de dibujos cuenta con 395 niños/as de 2º y 6º grado. La muestra de entrevista incluye contenidos de 64 de los niños/as de la muestra del dibujo, 32 niñas y 32 niños.
