Zur Konstruktion von Wissen im Kontext biografischer Krankheitsdeutungen. Professionelle Interventionen und kollektive therapeutische Prozesse bei psychosomatisch erkrankten Frauen

Abstract

Die Konstruktion von Wissen und der Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Wissensformen und -trägerInnen werden am Beispiel von Interviews mit Teilnehmerinnen psychosomatischer Nachsorgegruppen im Frauengesundheitszentrum Bremen analysiert. Grundlegend für die Konstruktion von Wissen durch die Frauen sind zum einen die Interaktionen mit professionellen ExpertInnen und die Auseinandersetzung mit deren medizinischem, therapeutischem und pädagogischem Wissen. Zum anderen entstehen diese Konstruktionen auf dem Hintergrund lebensgeschichtlicher Erfahrungen und biografischer Konzepte sowie im Zusammenhang mit den interaktiven und kollektiven Erfahrungen im Rahmen der psychosomatischen Nachsorgegruppen. Während gegenüber dem durch ÄrztInnen und PsychotherapeutInnen vermittelten Wissen eine mehr oder weniger große Distanz bzw. Ablehnung seitens der Frauen besteht, zeichnet sich das u.a. kollektiv erzeugte Erfahrungswissen durch seine biografische Anschlussfähigkeit aus. Bedeutsam sind hier die kollektiven therapeutischen Prozesse und der Austausch und die (Re-) Konstruktion von Erfahrungen v.a. in Bezug auf sexualisierte Gewalt und problematische Beziehungssituationen.

Constructing knowledge and dealing with different types and representations of knowledge are analyzed on the basis of interviews with female participants of post clinical psychosomatic groups in the women's health center of Bremen (Germany). This article shows how women's construction of knowledge is based, on the one hand, on interactions with professional experts and the confrontation with their medical, therapeutic and educational knowledge. On the other hand, these constructions emerge against the backdrop of biographical experiences and conceptions as well as in connection with the interactive and collective experiences within the context of the post clinical psychosomatic groups. While the knowledge communicated by the physicians and therapists is kept at a distance or rejected, the collectively produced knowledge through experience is characterized by its possibility to become incorporated into women's biographies. The collective therapeutic processes, the exchange among the women and the (re)construction of experiences are shown to be relevant especially concerning sexual violence and problematic situations in relationships.

Se analiza la construcción de conocimiento y el tratamiento de diferentes tipos y representaciones de conocimientos a partir de entrevistas realizadas con mujeres participantes en grupos de atención postclínica psicosomática en el centro de salud de mujeres en Bremen (Alemania). El artículo muestra cómo la construcción de conocimiento por parte de las mujeres se fundamenta, por un lado, en las interacciones con profesionales expert@s y el enfrentamiento con sus conocimientos médicos, terapéuticos y pedagógicos; por el otro lado, estas construcciones surgen con base en las concepciones y experiencias biográficas así como con relación a las experiencias interactivas y colectivas en el transcurso de los grupos de atención postclínica psicosomática. Mientras que el conocimiento transmitido por l@s médic@s y terapeutas es mantenido a la distancia o rechazado, el conocimiento producido colectivamente a través de la experiencia se caracteriza por su capacidad para ser incorporado a las biografías de las mujeres. Los procesos terapéuticos colectivos, el intercambio con otras mujeres y la (re-) construcción de experiencias son relevantes – especialmente con relación a la violencia sexual y las situaciones problemáticas en las relaciones de pareja.
