%X These are notes and comments arising from the seminar that Prof. Santiago Castro-Gomez gave in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Barcelona in July 2006. These notes, and comments, maybe somewhat disorganized, but they can give an account of an approach that seeks to combine criticism and creating bridges in the production of social sciences between Europe and Latin America.
