Abstract Der Begriff des digitalen Eigentums wird historisch hergeleitet. Nach der historischen Herleitung des Begriffes des geistigen Eigentums, wird dieser Begriff in Kategorien von Marx und Bourdieu gefasst. Nach einer Analyse des gegenwärtigen Feldes der Softwareproduktion wird in Analogie das wissenschaftliche Feld analysiert.
