Neste artigo, avaliamos 60 dias de interação entre públicos e veículos jornalísticos, tomando como base o apontamento e detecção de erros pelos leitores. O período de análise foi de 1º de outubro a 29 de novembro de 2014, nas fanpages dos quatro maiores jornais catarinenses: A Notícia, Diário Catarinense, Notícias de Dia e Jornal de Santa Catarina. No período, foram veiculados 4892 notícias, das quais se identificou 233 participações nos comentários sobre erros, com 132 erros diferentes em 116 notícias. Além da classificação dos tipos de interação, a pesquisa ainda entrevistou cinco editores ou profissionais responsáveis por redes sociais ou relacionamento online com seus públicos. Os resultados do estudo sinalizam as condições em que os veículos operam e quais suas respostas ou posturas diante do apontamento de falhas e deslizes.... view less

In this article, we evaluated 60 days interaction between public and newspapers, based on the error detection by the reader. The review period was from October 1 to November 29, 2014, in Santa Catarina fanpages major newspapers: The News, Santa Catarina Diary, Day News Journal and Santa Catarina. In the period, 4892 news, which identified 233 participations in the comments on errors, with 132 different errors in 116 news. In addition to this analysis, we interviewed five editors responsible for social networks or online relationship with their audiences.
