abstract = {Corresponding to the break-up of former Yugoslavia previous jugosocialistic economic system, based on the principles of "workers-selfmanagement" and "social ownership", became obsolete. In face of diverse reform-intentions and varying framework the transition to market economy differs considerably from newly created state to state. It ranges from remarkable progress to nearly inactivity in starting transformation. Accordingly heterogeneous are the grade of macroeconomic stabilization, the effects of privatization and restruction and also the problems of the individual political economies.},
