Se tiene como objetivo sustentar la calidad de vida en el trabajo como un derecho humano laboral que repercute en la salud ocupacional de los trabajadores. La calidad de vida en el trabajo es un constructo multidimensional y complejo que hace referencia principalmente a la satisfacción de una amplia gama de necesidades de los individuos (reconocimiento, estabilidad laboral, equilibrio empleo-familia, motivación, seguridad, entre otros) mediante un trabajo formal y remunerado. We look into quality of life at work as a construct and we support it as a human right. Quality of work life is important because it affects the occupational health of workers. Quality of work life is a multidimensional and complex construct that refers mainly to satisfy a wide range of needs of individuals (job recognition, job security, work-family balance motivation, safety, etc.) through a formal and paid job. For this purpose, a literature review was conducted.
