Abstract

Asistimos a una época confusa, es por ello que es necesario fortalecer por diversos medios, la capacidad de cuestionarse y cuestionar el contexto, transformar de manera efectiva un estado de cosas no deseado, movilizar la capacidad de asumir responsabilidades concretas, como lo reclamó Camilo Torres Restrepo (a 50 años de su muerte) al hablar del "Amor Eficaz", el amor que transforma, ese que es efectivo, que no solo reflexiona y caracteriza sino que se compromete vital y existencialmente.
