Abschiebungshaft und Duldung: die Verhandlung aufenthaltsrechtlicher Unsicherheit im biographischen Interview

Abstract

"Im Artikel wird die Interpretation eines biographischen Interviews mit einem jungen Mann vorgestellt, welcher Abschiebungshaft erlebte und zum Zeitpunkt des Interviews mit einer 'Duldung' lebt. Das Interview wurde auf der Basis der 'Kognitiven Figuren des autobiographischen Stegreiferzählens' (Fritz Schütze) untersucht, zusätzlich wurde die Interpretation durch die Rekonstruktion von 'Erzählrahmen' nach Erving Goffman erweitert. In diesem Artikel werden zunächst die theoretischen Hintergründe der Interpretation vorgestellt und diskutiert. Im Anschluss an die Interpretation werden die Ergebnisse hinsichtlich biographietheoretischer Fragestellungen reflektiert." (Autorenreferat)

"Content of this article is the interpretation of a biographic-narrative interview with a man who has been in detention pending deportation and is living with a 'Duldung' in the moment of the interview. The interview has been analyzed due to the 'cognitive frames of auto-biographic narration' (Fritz Schütze), as well as the analysis has been extended by the reconstruction of the 'interaction frames' according to Erving Goffman. First, this article will introduce to the survey's theoretical backgrounds, and then it will analyze one biographic interview. Finally it will ask for the meaning of the results for the theory of biographic research." (author's abstract)
