Further Details
Abstract This is an article about international team building, particularly from a British perspective. Such topics as language, awareness, intellectual style, the use of dos and don'ts and above all intercultural competence are looked into, in order to optimize teamwork and avoid misunderstandings. International teams may be more complex and require more sensitivity but they can also achieve goals beyond the reach of monocultural teams.
