Abstract	'Der vorliegende Bericht untersucht den formalen politischen Entscheidungsprozeß auf der zentralen Ebene im exekutiven Bereich der Rußländischen Förderation im Hinblick auf seine Akteure, seine Formen und Arten. Er stützt sich hauptsächlich auf die Verfassung, auf Gesetze, auf Dekrete des Präsidenten, auf die Geschäftsordnungen der Staatsduma und des Förderationsrats sowie auf die wenigen westlichen Quellen.' (Textauszug) 'The present report examines the formal political decision-making process at the central level of the executive regime in the Russian Federation in terms of its leading figures, its forms, and its modes. The study is based primarily on the constitution, on legislation, on presidential decrees, on the rules of procedure of the State Duma and the Federation Council, and on the few available Western sources.'
