Er konzentriert sich auf die wirtschaftspolitischen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen der russischen KU ab Mitte der 90er Jahre, während Teil I (Nr. 45) die Entwicklung, Leistung und Probleme der russischen KU im selben Zeitraum erörtert.
