This paper attempts a rapprochement as has faced the economic crises that arise from the capitalist system understood that this system is likely to improve or modify using some of the developments in socialism and now becomes current thanks to the efforts taken by the economic, social and cultural as well as the protection of human rights from human dignity, which is a pressing need to change the structure that holds the current international economic order normative as a means to meet the needs (I) and those of another.
