Abstract 'Das Thema des vorliegenden Berichts sind die veränderten Strukturen, die das internationale System Europas nach der weltpolitischen Wende der Jahre 1989-91 kennzeichnen. In einem ersten Hauptteil werden Merkmale formuliert, anhand deren sich ein internationales System definieren läßt. Die folgenden Ausführungen charakterisieren auf der damit gewonnenen Basis grundlegende Elemente des europäischen Systems, das sich seit Anfang der neunziger Jahre herausgebildet hat.' 'The structural changes in the system of international relations in Europe after the reversal of world politics of 1989-91 are the subject of this report. In its first main part, criteria for defining a system of international relations are formulated. These are then used to outline fundamental elements of the European system that has emerged since the beginning of the 1990s. (author's abstract)
