Abstract The eventual nature, circumstantial Social Order is that traditional communities have tried to eliminate with the attempts of homogenization of people and this is possible when societies are based on principles and values considered absolute thus eliminating any possibility that the difference of thought and beliefs Colombia in its 200 years of life Republican, has been characterized as a country divided and conflicted. This has been demonstrated time friend-enemy relationship on many occasions, in which this duality has led to violence peaks such, relations that have led the political exercise, to the point of denial of humanity and in many cases, the physical elimination of those who have opposed the social order determined by those in power.
