Die vorliegende Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie zufrieden pflegebedürftige Menschen, die häusliche Pflege in Anspruch nehmen, mit den Leistungen ihres Pflegedienstes sind. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Feldstudie, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Caritasverband des Kreises Soest durchgeführt wurde, zeigt sich, dass die zentralen Determinanten für die durchweg hohe Zufriedenheit mit ambulanten Pflegedienstleistungen der Erhalt autonomer Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielräume sowie die intersubjektive Beziehung zwischen Personal und Patientinnen bzw. Patienten sind. Die psycho-sozialen Aspekte der Versorgung stehen gegenüber sachlich-instrumentellen Gesichtspunkten im Vordergrund.... view less

This report deals with customer satisfaction of ambulant care clients. An empirical field analysis in cooperation with the German Soest Caritas Group Shows, that major determinants for the overall high satisfaction index are the maintenance of latitudes and decision possibilities as well as the interactive relationship between ambulant care staff and their customers. It can be shown that psycho-social aspects of care services are of higher significance for satisfaction than instrumental facets.... view less
