Abstract Purpose: improve foreign language teachers’ didactic preparation. Methodology: Genuine and effective training to the development of adult learners’ activity, with feedback on the open channels, which allows controlling the degree of activity and the mastery degree of students learning the information flows in non-formal education through a different type of forms. Results: This article describes a model of foreign language teachers didactic preparation improving, and mass, open forms of study, which include lectures, conferences, meetings with experts, panel discussions, recitals, etc. Practical implications: Active forms of training are calculated as for the entire course of the school and come to any number of episodic, which contributes to the development of the students' individual author's conceptual and integrated system of training teachers.
