Der vorliegende Beitrag versucht aus der Perspektive der praktischen Gleichstellungsarbeit Veränderungspotenziale des traditionellen Förderkonzepts Mentoring im Hinblick auf die nach wie vor androzentristisch geprägten Strukturen der Organisation Universität festzumachen.
