Further Details
Abstract “Who will guard the guardians?” is both an old and still pertinent question. This research in progress investigates the place of constitutional courts as guardians of fundamental laws and balance setters in political systems in the legal and political architecture of Romania and Germany. Using this rather unusual comparison, the text discusses the “political question doctrine” and the political involvement of these authorities.
