Es wird gezeigt, wie sich die deutsche Sektion von einer kleinen Gruppe von Wissenschaftlern hin zu einem Forum entwickelt hat, auf dem auch verantwortliche Praktiker in den Ministerien, Verbänden und Unternehmen das Gespräch über 'industrielle Beziehungen' führen.
